Some of our packages already include setup time — woohoo! Check with your event coordinator to see if it’s built into yours. Need a little extra time to perfect your backyard vibe? No worries… you can add additional event hours right to your booking request.

 Our venue is unique, so we’ve found a security company that already knows exactly how our space works — and they even offer special pricing just for our hosts. If your event requires security, this is the team you’ll use. They keep things smooth, they know our flow, and honestly… we’ll just stick with them since they already know exactly what we need. 

 Yes. To ensure the safety and proper management of our venue, we require the primary host booking the event to be at least 30 years of age. 

 Absolutely! We provide a clean, private, and dedicated restroom facility so your guests stay comfortable throughout the entire event. 

 Absolutely! We have limited parking right on-site as well as nearby overflow parking. Because of our unique setup, all bookings include a mandatory $150.00 parking attendant fee so our dedicated team can guide your guests and keep arrival stress-free! 

 Guest limits depend entirely on your unique event setup. Reach out to our team with your guest count and vision, and we’ll let you know how we can make it happen! 

 While we don't charge an extra fee to cancel, all booking and add-on deposits are strictly non-refundable and will be forfeited if you cancel your reservation. 

 No, we don't provide sound systems—you bring the playlist, we supply the paradise! We encourage all of our guests to bring their own music equipment to create the perfect soundtrack for their event. 

Rainy day? No worries! Here’s how we handle weather disruptions:

• Before Setup: If severe weather impacts your event before setup begins, we’ll gladly help you reschedule. Note: All courtesy rescheduled events must be completed within 6 months of your original scheduled date, based on calendar availability.
•  After Event Begins: Once your event is underway, standard rescheduling no longer applies. However, if your party gets rained out, we may be able to extend a special discount toward your next rebooked gathering, at management's sole discretion and based on calendar availability! 

 Our standard event hours are from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM every day of the week (Sunday–Saturday). Have a special request? Contact our team, and we will do our best to make it happen! 

 We are a cashless venue, and our preferred method of payment is Zelle. Please note that we do not accept credit/debit cards, checks, money orders, or mobile apps like Apple Pay, Venmo, and Cash App. While cash may be accepted in certain approved instances, Zelle is the fastest and most secure way to finalize your booking! 

 Yes! We carry a limited selection of event add-ons that can be purchased on-site on your event date.  Because we are a cashless venue, please be prepared to use Zelle to finalize any last-minute additions!
